Duke Ellington School of the ArtsWASHINGTON, DC - GreenShape provided LEED consulting services for the renovation and revitalization of the Duke Ellington School for the Arts, which will be a state of the art, world class, pre-professional performing arts high school for a rated capacity of 600 students plus additional staff and teachers. | Sidwell Friends Middle SchoolWASHINGTON, DC - In 2006 Sidwell Friends Middle School was the first school to achieve LEED Platinum and the first LEED Platinum building in D.C. GreenShape assisted administrators, faculty and parents in defining a plan to integrate sustainable education and operations on campus. GreenShape also managed the LEED certification of the Sidwell Friends Lower School (LEED Gold 2010), the Athletic Center (LEED Gold 2015), and the Quaker Meeting House and Arts Center (LEED Platinum 2015). | CUNY Fiterman HallNEW YORK, NY - GreenShape provided sustainable design consulting and LEED certification management for the Fiterman Hall project. The building replaces the original 15-story structure that was damaged when 7 World Trade Center collapsed onto it in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.  Fiterman Hall has an art center and café, smart classrooms, computer labs, offices, library spaces, assembly rooms, music rooms and conference center on its roof. |

GMU School of Public HealthFAIRFAX, VA - GreenShape is providing full sustainability consulting services for a new academic building on George Mason University’s main campus. Slated to be an iconic new focal point for the campus, the 166,000 SF project will house the College of Health and Human Services and will include student affairs offices, research labs, and clinical practice space in addition to academic classrooms. Currently under construction, the project is seeking LEED NC Silver certification. |
